It's been a really busy few days. I will try to recap briefly. On Wednesday I visited the Royal Academy of Art in London as Mum had free entry. It was ok but some of the artwork was a bit depressing and I found the whole atmosphere quite snobbish. I liked the outside though. I took some photos but my camera isn't working so I can't upload them. I will do as soon as I can though.

On Friday, I went to meet up with Sally and co. from uni. It was a bit of a flying visit as we met at half 1 and I had to sign on at 2.15pm. It was awesome to see them though. Elaine, Cathie and Sareena are finding the PGCE course quite hard. Is it bad that that makes me feel better about being jobless?

After this, I went to Reading to see Yianni for the weekend. We chilled out, went to the cinema (to see Despicable Me, which was very funny), ate loads and handed out my CV to several retail stores (fashion ones). Yesterday I came home. The journey was a bit of a nightmare, the train sat outside Slough for ages and the underground was crazy.

Today I did some volunteering for the East Anglian Air Ambulance. I wrote some press releases for them, including one about me. It felt good to be using my English skills. Hopefully they will be in the local press. I have also been invited to a book launch for a recipe book about puddings. I'm really excited about this :=).
